Service Description
Under 2 months are free when accompanying a full price child. If a child is under 3 months, they are free with a full paying sibling. If you are only visiting with a baby you will need to book a space. Enjoy a pressure free session where you will access a range of toys and activities within our playroom, sensory gym, sensory room and zen den including soft play and role play too! Complimentary Tea, Coffee or Juice for all visiting adults and children. However you are more than welcome to bring your own drinks along. The first child is £10 and a sibling at £5 (maximum 1 sibling per child booking, sibling must be in the same room as the adult and the maximum sibling age is 7). Additional children from the same family will be £10 with an additional adult. There is a limit of 10 places per session.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only permitted if it is in relation to the users Heath, Needs or Conditions as we acknowledge how unpredictable these may be. Refunds or transfer of booking due to illness can be issued with 24 hours notice prior to session. If notice is less than 24 hours, we will open the slot for a replacement booking to be made. If slot is filled, a refund will be issued. Babies under 2 and under months are free with a full paying sibling. Over two months are the standard fee or half price with a full paying sibling. Adults are responsible for supervising their children during the session. By making a booking, you are accepting that we not liable for any injury occurred on site.
